Adam Bolton
Adam is a membership professional with over 20 years’ experience across a range of sectors including leadership and management, accountancy, engineering, and recruitment.
He has held a number of senior roles in professional bodies including the Institute of Directors, Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Institute of Leadership and Management, and the Association of MBAs.
Adam has worked at the REC for over five years in a number of roles, including Account Director – South and Sales Director and most recently as Member Services Director, where he oversees the development and delivery of member services and products.
He holds the IoD Diploma in Company Direction and is a Fellow of the ILM. Outside work he is a keen musician, beekeeper and trustee of a community-lead arts charity in Margate where he lives with his wife and two boys.

Chris Bryce
Chris Bryce is Chief Executive of Freelancers & Contractors Services Association. Chris joined FCSA in January 2022 with an accomplished record of delivering excellence, growth, cultural change, and influence across a range of complex businesses and non-profits. His overall aim is to ensure all parties in the supply chain – especially workers served by FCSA members – can expect the highest levels of compliance, transparency, and reliability and to raise standards of compliance across the industry.
Chris began his career in sales, becoming Sales Director of a business logistics company and then moving on to become its General Manager. He then stepped into the world of contracting and consultancy at several financial institutions, delivering multiple global-scale change programmes as a consultant Programme Director. Chris has also acted as President of The European Forum of Independent Professionals (EFIP), a collaboration of national associations from across Europe which represents independent professionals at EU level through targeted research and advocacy.

Kim is a recruitment professional with 20 years’ experience. Having worked as a recruiter across a variety of organisations, she truly understands the day-to-day challenges of growing SME recruitment businesses. She regularly advises recruiters on best practice and trends for agencies looking to innovate and stand out from the crowd.
As Director of Client Experience, Kim ensures that recruitment businesses working with 3R get the funding, technology and support they need to solve the day-to-day operational pressures and challenges they face. Educating ambitious recruiters on running efficient, compliant businesses so they can focus on growth, being competitive in the market and able to scale at pace in the UK and beyond.

As Operations Director at The Association of Professional Staffing Companies Sam has responsibility for the development of APSCo’s presence and reputation within the UK. She ensures innovation, development and improved delivery of existing and new members services, resources, and engagement through the various delivery teams, and the continuing improvement and development of the operational running of the UK business.
Sam has over 30 years’ experience in the UK recruitment sector, and previously ran APSCo’s legal and public affairs offering. Prior to joining APSCo in May 2013, Sam owned and ran a legal services company and held senior management positions within the recruitment sector.

A co-founder of NorthStar People, Paul has pretty much worked with in all aspects of the industry including large national agencies, an SME technical agency, and three years working in-house recruiting for BAE Systems.
Having led multiple sales teams to thrive and sell a variety of talent services, he understands the value of marketing, research, and innovation to stand out from the crowd. His expertise and down to earth approach have resulted in creating a strong network of trusted relationships and friends for life, within the recruitment sector. With this trust, he has personally built, sold, and implemented a number of RPO and MSP solutions along with selling bespoke Talent Advisory Solutions. In addition, he has led multiple teams at the coal face of agency recruitment supplying Blue and White-collar workers, engineers, digital and IT specialists. Most recently Paul has used his experience to advise both organisations on how to outsource and agencies on how to build and sell talent solutions.
