Simon Bliss, Chairman
I acquired TEAM in Oct 2020 and am really excited about building TEAM to be THE support group for all SME recruiters in the UK. We have huge benefits for our members and are currently expanding these with a tactical learning and development programme for our members and their operational consultants, but also for more strategic development for owners with business planning, mentoring and guidance on scaling your business, as well as acquisition or exit advice too.
I am still involved with Principal People, as a Non Exec. This business is the best I have worked with and made by the amazing people who work there; they can be world beaters and I am sure will continue to succeed in the Safety sector but also Environment, Sustainability and Quality sectors too. The division that supports Social Housing continues to grow and has the potential to outgrow the core business.
Founder and Trustee of the Safety4Good programme, our mission to celebrate and promote the great work health & safety professionals do to support the communities they serve. We also raise lots of money for great charities incl Great Ormond Street Hospital, RNLI, and the World Wildlife Fund
